1. Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bf333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account's lifetime:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the bf333 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bf333 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may differ from published interbank rates.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bf333 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer if it has reason to believe that a player is abusing bonus terms, exploiting promotions in bad faith, or participating in coordinated activity designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine gaming intent. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, or systematically placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements without fair gaming activity.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the bf333 platform are subject to acceptance by bf333. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmed bet slip or confirmation message from the platform. bf333 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where: there is a technical error in the odds displayed; the event has already commenced at the time of bet placement; or there is evidence of suspicious betting activity.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error resulting in incorrect odds, game results, or account balances being displayed, bf333 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. Winnings paid out as a result of an obvious error remain the property of bf333 and may be reclaimed from the player's account balance. Players who identify a clear error and exploit it to place bets are in breach of these Terms.

6.3 Live Betting

Bets placed during periods of network delay or connection interruption may be settled at odds that differ from those displayed at the time of placement. bf333 is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.
